Bachelor of Science in Management

Overview

Learners will acquire basic and specialized knowledge in theory and methods of management and leadership; knowledge of management science and other interdisciplinary sciences. Learners can choose one of the following sectors: human resources management, social issues and social policies management, social management of culture, ethnicity and religion, science and technology management, etc; ability to make plans, organize, manage and run activities of agencies; meet the requirements of work related to management in public and private sectors.

Training Result

After graduation, learners will be able to:

- Work in departments, factories, enterprises of public or private sectors (administration - human resources department, general administrative office, salary, etc);

- Work at State and local management agencies (People's committees and subordinate agencies of the People's Committees, specialists of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Government agenices, social insurance, labor unions at all levels, etc);

- Work in department of business administration, finance, banking, commerce, insurance, law, politics, etc;

- Teach at universities, colleges, and vocational education schools.
