Overview

Learners will acquire foundational knowledge in management and advanced expertise in human resource management; develop skills in analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving related to organizational human resources. Additionally, learners are capable of entrepreneurship, meeting the demand for high-quality management personnel in the processes of industrialization, modernization, and international integration.

Training Result

After graduation, learners will be able to:

- Work as specialist responsible for recruitment, training, and workforce development in organizations and enterprises.

- Be employed as staff/specialist managing payroll, social insurance, and employee welfare policies in organizations and businesses.

- Work as Staff/Specialist managing workplace safety, labor relations, and labor standards in organizations and enterprises.

- Take over the position of Administrative-Human Resources staff in government agencies, public service units, and corporates.

- Become lecturers or researchers specializing in human resource management at training institutions (e.g: universities, colleges, etc.) or as consultants in human resource management.
