Being in use since 2012, the TNUS's Dormitory is located in the campus of Thai Nguyen University. The dormitory was built in synchrony with other technical infrastructure such as traffic system, water supply, electricity supply, lighting system, greenery, gardens, playing ground, management area, etc. With a modern and harmonious architectural landscape, the dormitory contributes to supporting the best for accommodations especially for the learning and development of students.

With four five-storey buildings (K13, K14, K15, K16) and 45 rooms for each (including 4 common rooms, one management room, and 35 rooms for staying), the Dormitory offers approximately 1088 accommodations for students. The K16 building is arranged only for oversea students and paid much attention by the dormitory management board.
