Lecturers of Thai Nguyen University of Sciences exchanged lectures at the University of Valladolid, Spain

Under the framework of the Exchange of Students, Lecturers and Staff Exchange Project ERASMUS + for the period of 2018-2020 signed between Thai Nguyen University of Science and the University of Valladolid (Spain), from November 25 to 29, 2019, Duong Thi Viet An, Ph.D. - a lecturer of the Department of Mathematics - Informatics, University of Sciences, Thai Nguyen University - came to University of Valladolid, Spain to exchange teaching and research cooperation.

During her working period in Spain, Duong Thi Viet An, Ph.D. had many activities to visit, teach and exchange cooperation with researchers from the Mathematics Research Institute - University of Valladolid.

On the first working day, after meeting with the International Cooperation Department, Duong Thi Viet An, Ph.D. also had a meeting with  Dr. Félix Delgado De La Mata, Director of the Mathematics Research Institute (University of Valladolid) and attended many seminars organized by the Institute: Seminar of Fabián Flores - Bazán from University of Concepción, Chile reported; Seminar of Prof. Bienvenido Jiménez Martín (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, Spain); Seminar of Prof. Juan Parra (Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche, Elche, Spain) reported.

Besides, lecturers of Thai Nguyen University of Sciences also gave a lecture on "Constructive calculus" for graduate students of the Institute's Mathematics (Link introducing the lecture: http://www.imuva.uva.es/en/actividades/ver/674). The lecture also received much attention and attention from the Professors in the Mathematics Research Institute.

On the last working day at the Institute, Duong Thi Viet An, Ph.D. had a meeting with the Mathematics Research Institute on the possibility of cooperation between the two universities in the near future. The meeting has achieved many good results, the two units agreed to work together to organize an international seminar on Optimization, continue cooperation and exchange of cadres, lecturers, research students and graduate students and international publication cooperation.

Congratulations  Duong Thi Viet An, Ph.D. for having had a successful business trip at University of Valladolid and hopes that the cooperation exchanges in the field of Mathematics in particular and other fields in general will continue to be promoted in the coming time.
