Innovate training program to meet the practical needs of society is one of the policies that is thoroughly and strongly implemented by Thai Nguyen University of Science for each faculty,  which included the Medical - Biological test.

For the training program of Medical - Biological test, innovating training program is more than simply change composition of the subjects in the program but also particularly emphasized in the content of each subject. That change need to be ensure to provide modern, up-to-date and highly practical knowledge.

Closely follow policy, right after the first semester of the first year, the student K17 studying the training program of Medical - Biological test, they immediately studied 3 typical modules of the faculty, including: cytology (theory) Cytological Practice and Hospital Practice. The modules really make the learners excited from the beginning in career orientation. In a continuous process, the students are first equipped with theoretical knowledge about cells, then they are approached the foundation practical knowledge at the first parts of practice subjects and finally they are approached to the modern practical knowledge. Noteworthy is some of the modern exercises are designed very close to actual sterility testing in hospitals today such as: "Evaluate survival and death rate of sperm ". In order to bring practical exercises that are both closely follow to the actual testing techniques, and ensure high professionalism, the lecturers and technicians of Biotechnology Department have made great efforts and high determination to self-study, improve their qualification. 

Right from the first steps, modern exercises and the application of modern equipment have been deployed. The students of Medical - Biological test faculty have been directly manipulated in the biosafety cabinet systems- class II; operated cell culture systems; manipulated on fluorescence microscopy systems as well as modern cell analysis systems. The lecturers as well as the technicians of department make effort to organize to ensure that each student is directly perform fully steps of each practice exercises. Being studied and practiced on modern systems not only bring learners excitation but also have great meaning in improving the quality of training today.
