Biography
The Faculty of Social Sciences & Humanities encompasses 3 divisions including Division of History, Division of Managerial Science, and Division of Social Work.
Division of History
In May 2006, the Division of History under the Faculty of Nature and Social Sciences was officially established (now the Division of History under the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Science, Thai Nguyen University). Its mission is to train high-quality bachelor's and master's graduates in History, equipping them with the capability to excel in assigned tasks and take on roles in various fields.

Division of Managerial Science
Established in 2006, the Division of Managerial Science (under the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities) currently offers regular undergraduate programs in two specializations: Human Resource Management and Management of Social Issues and Social Policies. Starting with the 10th cohort of the Bachelor of Managerial Science program, the specialization in Cultural, Ethnic, and Religious Management will be incorporated into the curriculum to meet societal development needs.
The department has a total of 11 staff members, with the following qualifications:

Division of Social Work
The Bachelor of Social Work program aims to train a workforce with broad knowledge of social issues and intervention skills to address social problems at individual, group, community, and societal levels. Learners will gain specialized knowledge in their trained field, along with a strong grasp of practical techniques and skills to effectively handle their tasks.
