On December 30, 2025, Thai Nguyen University of Sciences (TNUS) held the Signing Ceremony of Cooperation Agreements with Chinese Enterprises, reaffirming the University’s strong commitment to international partnership development and industry–academia collaboration in the context of global integration.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of major Chinese-invested enterprises operating in Vietnam, including Goertek Vina Co., Ltd., DBG Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd., and RQ Technology Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. (HuaQin Group). On behalf of Thai Nguyen University of Sciences, the event welcomed members of the University Board, leaders of functional units, faculty members, and students from the Department of Chinese Studies.
In their opening remarks, Assoc.Prof.Dr Pham The Chinh, Vice-rector highlighted that expanding cooperation with international enterprises is a strategic priority of Thai Nguyen University of Sciences. Such partnerships not only enhance the internationalization of academic programs but also contribute to bridging education with industry, improving graduate employability, and preparing students to work effectively in multicultural and global professional environments.
During the program, representatives of the partner enterprises introduced their corporate profiles, international operations, human resource strategies, and demand for highly qualified graduates with strong professional expertise and foreign language competence.
The discussion session reflected the dynamic interaction between academia and industry, as students actively engaged with employers by raising questions related to internship opportunities, recruitment criteria, career development pathways, and expectations in multinational working environments. The enterprises responded positively, sharing practical perspectives and emphasizing the importance of cross-cultural communication skills, adaptability, and professional ethics in a global context.
The signing of the cooperation agreements marked an important milestone in strengthening long-term, sustainable partnerships between Thai Nguyen University of Sciences and Chinese enterprises. These agreements are expected to promote a wide range of collaborative activities, including student internships, recruitment programs, joint training initiatives, and industry participation in curriculum development.
